Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Tracksino ("the Platform", "we", "us") and any person who accesses or uses the Tracksino website at tracksino.vu ("you", "the Player"). The Platform operates as an online gaming service providing live casino, sports betting, slot games, and related services to eligible players in the Philippines.

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. Tracksino conducts identity verification (KYC) as part of the registration process and at any point deemed necessary. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in suspension of account access or withholding of withdrawals until the process is completed satisfactorily.

Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Tracksino account. This includes:

• Notifying Tracksino immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Any activity carried out on your account while you are logged in is your responsibility, unless you have reported unauthorised access prior to that activity taking place.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on Tracksino — including deposits and withdrawals — are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The Platform does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal channels include GCash, Maya, Philippine online banking, and bank transfer. The availability of specific channels may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment channel used for your most recent deposit, or as directed by our verification team. The Platform reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds before processing any withdrawal.

• Deposits are credited to your account after successful confirmation by the payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to processing times that vary by channel and by your VIP tier.
• The Platform may place a hold on withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification or review of unusual account activity.

Betting, Gaming, and Wagering Rules

General wagering rules that apply across all game categories:

• All bets must be placed with sufficient funds in your account at the time the bet is confirmed. Bets placed with insufficient funds will be voided.
• Once a bet is confirmed by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Tracksino reserves the right to void bets placed in error or due to a technical fault.
• The outcome of all games is final once the result is officially settled. No appeals will be entertained after settlement has been confirmed.

Tracksino monitors for irregular betting activity. Accounts found to be involved in match-fixing, collusion, abuse of technical errors, or exploitation of system vulnerabilities will be suspended immediately and any winnings forfeited.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

From time to time, Tracksino may offer bonuses, cashback arrangements, or promotional rewards to eligible players. All such offers are subject to specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made.

General conditions that apply to all promotions:

• Bonuses and promotional credits may not be withdrawn directly — they are subject to wagering requirements detailed in the offer terms.
• Each promotion is valid only for the period stated in its terms. Expired offers cannot be claimed retrospectively.
• Tracksino reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

Tracksino provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and performance, the Platform does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tracksino shall not be liable for:

• Loss of winnings or gaming outcomes caused by technical issues beyond our reasonable control.
